Allergy specialists and other useful contacts

Listed below are contact details of Allergy Specialists who are available for consultation. There are two options:

 

• Specialists within the Public System: You need a referral from your GP to see Allergy Specialists operating in the public system.

• Specialists who manage a Private Practice: Phone numbers are provided for those specialists who operate private practices. These specialists may be accessed directly, ie you do not need a GP referral, but it is often valuable to have your GP write a referral letter and send it through prior to your appointment. This can save valuable (and costly) time during your consultation.

In many regions there are no allergy specialists available. Those requiring specialist referrals will often be referred to paediatric, medical or dermatology specialists in their areas.
