Consumer Guarantee

All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by Act.


New Zealand Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within seven working days of receiving payment.  Delivery to rural areas may take longer.  Delivery of your parcel may be delayed at certain times of the year (eg Christmas) or by factors beyond our control such as weather or road conditions.  If your order has not arrived after 10 working days please email us at membership@allergy.org.nz and we can help track it for you.

Orders are sent by general post. We cannot take responsibility if your parcel goes missing, but we keep proof of postage and will do what we can to help you track down your property. Alternatively, if you wish to have your parcel sent by signature-required courier, you can telephone us on 0800 34 0800 (09 623 3912) or email membership@allergy.org.nz.


International Delivery

Allergy New Zealand is happy to ship products internationally.  If you would like us to quote on freight to your homeland send us an enquiry via the contacts page.

Freight to Australia is listed as an option on the check-out page.  Please be aware that these are indicative charges only and if the postal quote for your order exceeds this amount we will hold your order and contact you to discuss options.  We also cannot be responsible for any tax or customs duty incurred by your parcel at your destination country.

 

Exchanges and Refunds

We hope you will be delighted with your purchases from Allergy New Zealand. We want you to be 100 per cent satisfied.
If you have changed your mind, we will exchange or refund goods that are in a resalable condition, i.e. unopened and unused. Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange or refund products which have been used unless they are faulty (see policy below).
If you would like to exchange your order please follow the instructions below:

Telephone us on 0800 34 0800 (09 623 3912) or email membership@allergy.org.nz and tell us the nature of your return.  Return the products in their original packaging within 10 days to:

We recommend that you return your package using signature required courier. If you use general post your package will not be insured and Allergy New Zealand cannot accept liability if it is damaged or goes missing.

We can only refund postage costs where the return is a result of our error.
 

Damaged or defective merchandise and incorrect orders

If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, or if we have sent you the wrong product, please ring us on 0800 34 0800 (09 623 3912) or email membership@allergy.org.nz within 10 days of purchase. We will happily replace or exchange the items to the value of your order. This does not apply, however, to DVDs so please choose these carefully.

Call us on 0800 34 0800 (09 623 3912) or email membership@allergy.org.nz and tell us the nature of your return.  We will arrange for a courier to collect the package at a convenient time. We offer to replace or exchange the items to the value of your order.

Please do not post your return back to us using general post as you will not be insured for its loss if it is damaged or goes missing.
